Our 4 Star Silver award Georgian Town House dates back to 1760 and is a delightful place to stay. All our rooms are en-suite, spacious and decorated to a very high standard.

We are centrally located in a very quiet street with free residential parking available to you. We are also just a 1 minute walk to the historic Elizabethan Walls and the town centre. The sea and wonderful northeast coastline is only a 5 minute walk.

We take great pride in providing high quality rooms for you offering the most sumptous of bed linen and a personal "home from home' touch. You'll also have new Digital TVs, Clock Radios, Hostess Trays with various teas, coffees, hot chocolate and locally made biscuits and sweets, Hair dryers, Information Packs and fantastic en-suite shower rooms with toiletries and lots of extra touches. Our Luxury Double Rooms also have fitted Fridges.

You'll enjoy our tasty breakfasts consisting of a traditional selection of cereals and locally made Muesli, locally sourced fruit and Juices, followed by either a full Northumbria breakfast consisting of free range bacon, locally sourced sausages and free range eggs or Smoked Eyemouth Kippers. Finishing off with locally made bread for toast of your choice with preserves and freshly brewed Tea/Coffee. Vegetarian, gluten free and continental breakfasts all served on request. Breakfast is served from 8.30am to 9.30am daily.

We received a North Northumberland Food Award in 2008 / 2009 for our commitment and passion for using the freshest, tastiest and best local produce available.

Derek collects model trains and art, so when you stay with us you'll see many works by local artists throughout the house and guest rooms. For the model railway enthusiast we have over 60 railway locomotives and model cars on display. New Railway room opening in the near future.
