Family run town centre bed and breakfast with large spacious rooms situated in the historic town of Berwick Upon Tweed. Ideally situated for discovering The Scottish Borders and North Northumberland and the many places of historical interest. Situated on the coast it is a haven for bird watching and for those who are keen photographers. We are close to historic town centre but also short journey from peaceful and tranquil countryside. Only one hour by rail from Edinburgh or Newcastle. Also close by is two golf courses one being a links course, facilities in the town also include a leisure centre with swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym.

Road Directions

From A1 From South
Leave A1 at 2nd roundabout signposted Berwick and Tweedmouth. Follow road to smaller roundabout take 1st left and drive past Fire Station on left, under viaduct and straight ahead, you will come to a roundabout and turn left over road bridge (River Tweed). At end of bridge turn left, it will take you through arch of historic walls, we are about 100 yards up on the right-hand side. Please drive through the middle arch at this point.

Public Transport Directions

From Berwick Station and bus drop off point
Leave the station and turn right follow the road around until you are facing the war memorial, cross the road, turn right and we are situated approximately 50 yards on your left hand side. We are the middle arch entrance. If assistance is required with baggage please call: 01289 302749.
