Terraced cottage in a row running down to the promenade and beach. Approximately 100yds to the beach. The terrace is opposite the life boat station. Numerous shops, pubs, the children's playground and church point are within very easy walking distance.

The cottage has 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin with bunk beds. The double bedroom is nicely furnished with pine furniture, matching bed linen and curtains.

The twin room has built in bunk beds in a nautical theme, ideal for 2 children but can accommodate 2 adults.

The bathroom has a white suite, bath with electric shower over, toilet and wash basin, heated towel rail and airing cupboard.

The lounge and kitchen are combined, there is a gas fire, TV and video with selection of video's available. The kitchen is newly fitted and fully equipped with breakfast bar to seat 4.

The property has just been refurbished with new carpets throughout, has central heating and parking outside the door.

Road Directions

From A189 take B1334 into Newbiggin. Go all way through town pass co-op on right. Then after 150 yrds (approx) turn right at the sign for life boat station, Cottage is on left.
